Line workflows
Norlan knows what feeds what on your line.
Draw the line once and write down what no single machine's manual says. Every answer then looks at the machines around the one that failed, so a root cause sitting upstream is found where it actually is, and a new technician learns the line from the same map.

Weak seals on the tray sealer all morning. New film, same result.
Line map
Every machine, manual and thread, in the order your line runs.
Each machine sits where it runs on the line, with its manual, its notes and every thread about it. Norlan uses that map to help any technician on shift, and someone new learns the line from it.
Design
Drag the machines in. Connect them. Add a note.
No AutoCAD, no engineering drawings. Just a simple place to show what each of your lines does: the equipment is already there from the installed base, it goes onto the canvas, draw an arrow the way the product moves and add a note to any machine.
- Equipment comes from the installed base
- Arrows follow the product, services hang off their machine
- Each note starts from what its model already says

Book a demo
Bring one line and one failure that came from somewhere else.
We start with the operation — which failures repeat, who gets called when something breaks, what the CMMS does not hold — and then show how Norlan would work on it.
What we usually cover
- How an incident flows today, from detection to fix
- Where the conversation actually happens: the systems, or calls and WhatsApp
- What takes longer — the diagnosis, or getting the right people and information together
- How much of what a technician knows is written down, and what happens when they are away
- Which tools are really in play: CMMS, ERP, mobile, paper
- What a pilot would measure, and how
Pick a time that suits the plant. Bring one failure that keeps coming back.
The call is with the people who build the product, with no qualification call first. Norlan is pre-general-availability and shaped with maintenance teams in pharma and food processing.
